BOOKING POLICY
At Heavenly Lashed Spa, we understand the importance of time and we value yours. To provide the best service, we require a credit card on file to reserve all appointments. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% service charge. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and that of our other clients.
REFUND POLICY
We take pride in our services and want you to be satisfied with your experience at Heavenly Lashed Spa. Should you have any concerns about the service you received, please let us know within 48 hours so that we may rectify any issues. Refunds will not be provided, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to address any concerns.
